Philly Beer Week is happening during the IETF!! :-)

Philadelphia celebrates its beer-drinking roots with a week-long festival
Click here to see a full schedule of special Beer Week events or visit Philly Beer Week for other details.

As noted here, the hotel bar area is under construction. So there will be a special IETF lounge setup.

Smoking Note: By law, smoking in restaurants and bars is not permitted.

Please note: while the lists below are numbered, they are not in any particular order of best to worst. They are simply a numbered list of recommended places to go. Irish Bar that rocks is the Dark Horse at 421 S 2nd Street. Great beer, decent food and a good atmosphere.
